With the mode operations there is a display of 1.5 seconds then it displays the current setting. Is there no no way to take the eprom values and use the same dispcounter = 1500; command and then display the current calibration setting value as a confirmation of what is currently stored?

I think the on-off values are easy but how does the speed values work because there are 4 values.

I can see what i can do. THe biggest issue is code space, it is already 29.7k out of 32k (about 30 usable K)
the code is just jammed to the gills. i have thought about eliminating the drift modes. that would clean up space and as far as i can tell nobody ever uses them
