Chronos Project does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on our website. All sales are final.

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Warranty
Under this warranty, we guarantee that the MP6X will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues with your MP6X during this time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover any modifications or repairs made by unauthorized third parties.
To make a warranty claim, please have your proof of purchase ready and contact our customer service team. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you are satisfied with your MP6X.
